Summary: Stay was great after we finally got checked in. We had everything we needed. Check in was at three. We tried to do early check in but rooms were not ready. At check in time at 3 pm still not ready. It was 4pm before we got room after driving 7 hours. No compensation allowed. Just said sorry we are short staffed and we can give you points. I don’t travel enough to use points.

Summary: The barn door that covered either the closet or the bathroom had a >2 inch gap on both sides so there was a lack of privacy. The bed was hard. But the breakfast was good and the front desk clerk was very personable.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful Hotel and will only stay at Hampton Inns. No bad smells, heavy doors kept it quiet, bedroom super clean and the breakfast was amazing. Strawberry waffles were yummy. Only draw back was out of their control-street where it is was under construction and confused us on how to get to the hotel.

Summary: We had stayed there the previous week and always when we travel to FL. We know we can depend on their rooms being clean and the bathrooms clean also. The bed is comfortable. We were greeted by the guy at the front desk and checked us in with no problems. The breakfast area is always spotless and the lady, Lisa, taking care of it is always so friendly and welcoming. We have gotten to know her after our many trips to see family in FL. The options available would appeal to most people. We were disappointed that the optional flavor for the waffles was Red Velvet (my worst flavor) but she is required by corporate to use it until Valentine's day. I hope some day they would take comments from the breakfast workers because they know what their people like and could have some flexibility. They keep the parking lot clean, saw someone cleaning it up every day. We will stay again when we make our FL trip.

Summary: We have been here many times and their front desk people are always friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast area lady, Lisa, is always there refreshing the food and cleaning up. She does a great job and fun to chat with her. The food is always hot and looks appealing. There is a great selection of food that would please anyone.
